Acer has a bad reputation for reliability and service. I wouldn't spend $200 on it.

Well Pentachris, I have to disagree with you. I am an outhroized Acer reseller and I think their machines are great. I don't like the Aspire line. I still have my Acer Power 486-33 with 16 MB RAM still running. I just took it off the network but it still runs like a champ.

The Aspire line is the home line and like all machines of that type (entry level) are usually of lower quality. The Acer Power and Veriton lines are extremely reliable and powerfull systems. I'm typing this on my Acer Power P-III 667. They are like the energizer bunny, they just keep on running...... :D

The only bad think about selling Acer is I don't make a whole lot of money fixing them as they rarely break down. I think the price for the system listed is too high.
