Lately my laptop has been running very slow. I ran AdAwareSE, Spybot and the latest antivirus, cleaned all that was found. I would appreciate someone looking over my log file.

The only thing I see that looks at all suspicious is this and I think it is okay too:

I was curious about that one too, not positive but I think it's ok, and what about the 09 entries. All say "file missing", so they at least shouldn't be causing trouble, and could stay with no ill effects, but I think they can be safely removed. Unless Budfred drops by again and says I'm wrong...he's like that... :D

Sorry Paleo Pete... The O9s look that way due to a glitch in HJT and the rule of thumb is to leave them alone unless there is clear evidence that they are malware... Those IESpell ones are common and the user has usually said it is working fine...

Looks like this computer is behind a router/hardware firewall. That is the usual IP block for internal IP addresses. It should be OK.
