"crack" the trials offered on some software

i want to know what is the thing that makes application to stop functioning after 30 day trial period is over? Is there a method of how to "crack" the trials offered on some software?

The best crack that I know of for shareware and trialware is to buy it! After you buy it you can use it as long as you want.

I know what you mean doctor.
I was always baffled as to how I could somehow get around having to pay a GP $100.00 for a ten minute office visit, just so I could get an appointment with a "specialist", so I could pay 10 times that amount to find out what was wrong with me.
Surely there must be some kind of "crack" to get around that??? :confused: :p
