This site will display the country the IP Address is located in ,ISP email contact info and information on attacks that have been reported originating from the site. When you first go there the page will display information on your IP address. ( if the link doesn't work. Use the second link and on the left hand side of the page is an "IP information" link that takes you to the same place)

Good site Ghost; it didn't give my ip-but it did show the @home proxy.

This is something you have to look out for in tracking ip's-most, if not all broadband ( and savy hackers ) use a proxy { aka firewall, dummy server}to hide their actual ip, same with most businesses and schools-so you see the proxy single ip-but there may actually be dozens of pc's running behind it.

That's right. When reporting an incident you want to give the ISP or the site's administrator a heads up that there is "bad" traffic coming from their end. If you give them as much information as possibly, they'll then be able to look at what may be causing the problem and hopefully fix it.
