dvd decoder

Hey guys ,
could somebody point me in the direction of some free dvd decoding software.

i formatted my computer a while back before i realised it was preinstalled and i didnt have the disc to put it back in.

oh and i have 98se before anyone tells me xp has one built in

Gamer here is the result of a google search. I have not investigated any of the links so don't know what is there.
