cd1 audio connector on mainboard

Already have a cd-rom fitted & am going to add a dvd combo drive making 1 master & 1 slave on on second ide controler . Probably a simple answer but with 2 audio connectors for the mainboard cd1 which one do you connect ? .

I wouldn't even bother connecting the Audio Cable from your new Drive at all...throw it in your box of spare parts.
You should still have Audio with both drives.
If for some reason you don't, go to device manager, click on the properties of the Optical Drives, and be sure the "Enable Digital Audio for this CD-Rom Device" box is checked.

There are "splitters" available, or you could rig something up, but I haven't used one of those audio cables that come with my optical drives in ages.
