We'd need to know more about your computer to know what to recommend. What motherboard/cpu (or make and model if you've got a Dell, Gateway, etc.)? What video card do you have now? How much RAM?

Well, looking here (http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim2350/techov.htm#1101565) and here (http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim2350/specs.htm#1101572), it looks like you don't have an AGP slot.
Very limiting indeed. :(
The best you can do with this platform is to drop a PCI video card in. You won't spend anywhere near $350 because no PCI card is worth that much. See this thread (http://www.pcguide.com/vb/showthread.php?t=32737) for recommendations on PCI video cards from one of our most informed hardware gurus; see here (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=property&catalog=48&propertycodevalue=0,%200,%200,%203344,%200,%200,%2 00,%200,%200,%200&minprice=&maxprice=&mfrcode=0&DEPA=0&Order=priceD) for some price ideas (all PCI video cards at newegg, sorted from high price to low price).
