Software for Bumper Stickers

I did a google search for software that would allow me to make my own bumper stickers. The results only bring links up that want to sell bumper stickers. Does such a software program exist? :)

Almost any graphics program, even Paint, will allow you to design stickers of any size and shape you want.
However, actually printing them would need some specialized, and , I imagine expensive equipment to handle printing onto a glossy, plastic film that will be exposed to the elements.
If you intend to get these printed by someone with the right equipment, ask them what file type/s they can handle, and produce the graphics in the needed format.
