SP2 Multiple Users problem

Okay, here's the deal...

I was installing Service Pack 2 on my father-in-law's computer :confused: today and once installed we can no longer use Internet Explorer on any of the multiple users except for his main account (the account I was in when SP2 was installed). A globe appears in the other accounts that says "Internet" but when I click on them, it takes me to the internet properties. He's running XP Home Edition.

Any advice??

Right click on the globe, click Properties, and click the Shortcut tab.
Does it say 'Internet Explorer' after 'Target Location', and does the path in the 'Target' window have iexplore.exe at the end?

If not, then go to Start/Search/All Files and Folders, type iexplore.exe in the 'Named' box, select your HD in the 'Look In' box, click 'Search', and double click on the iexplore.exe file when it appears.
If that opens your IE browser and you can access the Internet, then just make a shortcut for the iexplore.exe file, and place it on the Desktop.
