Somehow I have added a line in the screen where you log off windows. It's at the bottom of the screen That has your name, and "To begin, click your user name". It's where it should say simply "Turn off". Somehow I added some extra words. I assume I can go into Regedit and take these words out, but I'm not sure where to find it. Thanks.

Have a look in Control Panel - System, and click on the 'Computer Name' tab.
The words you added might be next to 'Computer Description'. It can be deleted or changed from here.

It's my wifes laptop and she's out of town, but I just tried it with my desktop and it seems to work. I'll try it when she returns. Thanks.
