I'm so glad, that my soundproblems are solved now.
I experienced major sound problems when watching
Video CDs or even when playing games.
Now i found out that the problem was definetly connected
with my Vodoo 3 card when i replaced it with an AGP card.
Now my systems runs with an AGP card and no more problems at all.
But why? Was it the bios i flashed on my Vodoo 3?
Any suggestions?

My system:

AMD Athlon 1.4 Ghz
250 MB DDR Apacaer
Geforce 2 MX 400 (Before Vodoo 3 PCI)
PCI Soundacard
K7S5A

There was probably an IRQ or I/O conflict between your sound card and the Voodoo PCI card.

No - aeeeeett. Wrong answer. I tried out any possible combination Sound card in Slot 1, Video in 2 - Sound in 4 Video in 1 and so on. Any settings concerning the bios -> allocate IRQ for Graphic, do not alloquate.

Please read my response. It says 'probably'.
Also, changing PCI slots does not necessarily change the cards' IRQ's and/or I/O's.
And Windows, not BIOS, controls the IRQ settings, unless PnP is disabled.

Oh, sorry. "Probably" could be right. Just wanted to say that there was no conflict between Sound and Video Card. But indeed Windows showed me something like a controller-conflict concerning something like IRQ-Controller or so. Probably I'll never find out.

K7S5A is very touchy about which PCI cards it likes to play with.
(PCI anything). VooDoo included. Boards Version 4 and later especially.

AGP Video is the solution.

So in answer to your question.... It's a Mboard incompatability.
