virus?

Everytime I get online with a dialup connection it stays on for 2-3
minutes then it will say, page cant be displayed on every site I try.
The pc also says its connected but, there is a dial tone on the phone line.
In the connection manager its says MSN is disconecting it stays like that
for several minutes. If you try to log out and reconnect it says the modem
is already in use. I have to restart the computer to get back online or
wait for it to disconnect. I put in a new modem and it does the same thing.
I've tried to download Hijack this again but I cant stay online long to run
it. Thanks in advance for any help!

You do not need to be on line to run hijack this. If you can download it, run it offline, and post the log .

Before you do anything more with HJT, please put it in a permanent folder that you create like C:\HJT... If you leave it where it is, the backups can be easily accidently deleted...

Those R1 and R0 items are mostly okay, but the Search related ones do lead to bad sites... It is up to you if you want to fix them...

The O2 needs to be fixed...

This also need to be fixed:
