WinXp SP2 slow boot, driver problem?

Hello,
I have problem with slow boot after install WinXp SP2.
Before install SP2 boot was normal. On Windows logo part of boot I see
4/5 time blue line past.
After install SP2 this blue line go 20 times!
I put all my servicies according to BlackViper Safe version.
On start up I have just Kaspersky Antivirus 5.0. Nothing more looking
in registry run folder.

Bootvis indicated me this time:
Disk: 0,85s
Driver: 38,86s
Prefetching: 47,47s
Registry+Pagefile: 5,90s
Video: 3,38s
Logon+servicies: 8,91s
Shell: 7,53s
Total: 63,75

Only warning write is: Disk write caching disabled
All time seems to be normal but Driver and Prefetching is too long!
Deleting Windows Prefech folder, total boot file first time reduce and
be around 45 second. But on second boot is again around 65s.

KAV with today virus definition not find virus.
Ad-Aware and Spybot SD with last definition not find problem.
BootVis time is made also after disk defragment.
What is my problem?

I had the same problem after installing the Win XP SP2(the slower booting time). So I uninstalled from the Ad/Remove programs which didn't help, so did a Repair/install and THAT didn't even improve things, so I wound up doing a format and new reinstallation of XP.

But I didn't have this problem with SP2 on my second PC.

This would suggest some sort of conflict between the SP2 and your filing system though I might be wrong.

When this happens I also uninstalled, but boot was ever slow. Then I formated and install again WinXP, all normal. But after again SP2 all was slower. Maybe all depend of some driver not compatible with SP2
