I have created a slide show with Power Point and saved it as a slide show to change slides every 7 seconds and continuously loop.

I have now set-up Task Scheduler to run this file at a predetermined time. It opens as a slide show on schedule, but only displays the first slide and does not continue to show the remaining slides.

I am running Windows X/P O/S.

I have simply entered the file name which I wish to run in Task Scheduler. Must I enter additional info, or what am I missing?

Thanks!

You must open Powerpoint, in order to run the file. The command would be

PP.exe filename.ppt

there is a space between the program name, and the files you want to run. (not certain of the correct .exe name.)
