Well, after doing some research i've decided amongst the following...

I am not 100% sure how good or bad, as im not close to making my decision... however, any advice would be appriciated.

MSI K8T NEO2-F VIA K8T800PRO FSB800 4DDR400 DUAL: 143$ cdn
512mo CORSAIR TWINX 512 DUAL KIT (2 X 256): 164$ cdn
ATHLON 64 XP 3000+: 198.86$ cdn

As for for video card, 9800 or something...
Im not sure about the mobo? What is this NEO2-f? Any help would be appriciated, maybe I should have more ram? My budget is no more then 850 - 900 $ (CANADIAN)

Thanks in advance!

Somebody help me, please? NEO2 PLAT? I don't plan on OCing...so I wouldn't mind going for a lower model.

That MSI mobo you picked out looks good. At that price and with those features, I wouldn't recommend going for a lower cost mobo. Any lower and you'll be sacrificing quality.

The RAM? Ugh! Don't saddle yourself with 256MB sticks! Or you'll be tossing those out the window when it comes time to upgrade. Get 2 x 512MB, or even a single stick of 512MB and then upgrade later. If you really can't afford more RAM, then you'll have to rethink this Socket 939 thing...
