When they advertise different cases, and give the form factor plus type of case:For example > Full Tower max MB 12"x 9.6" ATX. Is this the max size that the case will support for MB? Would I beable to install a 9.6"x 9.6" MB in that size of case?

Yes, that's the maximum sized motherboard that the case will support. I believe 12" x 9.6" is pretty near full size for an ATX board.

Every case comes with various mounting points for different sized motherboards. Your 9.6" square motherboard will fit with no problems. Just be sure to line up the holes and only use standoffs where there is a mounting hole.
