A small test involving upgrading 7 PCs to Windows XP goes terribly wrong in the UK when a XP upgrade patch gets sent to 60,000 WIN 2000 PCs by mistake:

Makes you wonder what sort of IT support they actually have........ :D
Have they never heard of the simple rule - isolate everything you want to experiment on before you do it?
I saw the results of this last week - I'm currently trying to set up business, and as I've been on disabilty benefits for umpteen years, am trying to get some financing from the DWP (like trying to get blood from a stone) and went into the local office last week - chaos!
