I'm helping someone with their computer. It is completely dead. The monitor, printer, and scanner all light up but the tower does not. When you turn it on , there are no lights or sound. We have tried all new plugs and re-seated everything. What else should I try? It's like it's not getting power at all.

If you have a known working power supply try switching it out.
if your fans are not even working most likly it's the power supply
