Spybot question....

When scanning with Spybot S&D. I noticed there is a little box in the bottom left hand corner which displays the "bots" or files found which includes a number and name.This is changing very fast during the scan.My question is can you clear or delete those "bots" or files that Spybot finds?It seems to me there is alot of junk on there I don't need or use.Its funny how Spybot finds these things but offers no clean-up solution? :rolleyes: I would think this would be a security issue as well...

Also,not to change the topic but I repeatedly have Ad-Aware detect some part of the firewall program "Zonealarm" as a DSO exploit.What is a DSO exploit?

This is not what it has found, but what it is scanning for. The things it finds are listed after the scan has completed.
