Welcome to the PC Guide.
First take all your cards out.
Disconnect your CD Rom and hard drives.
Only leave memory and vidio card in.
If it boots up, put things back one at a time and boot up each time. Always double check your connections.
If it does not boot with just cpu, memory, and vidioe try differant vidio card.
After all this if it does not post, post back.

I did that, finaly got the bios screen to come up. But its telling me the hard disks and flopy drive failed, then I hit F1 for it to keep loading it then says invalid system disk or please insert system disk something like that.
That error is telling you that one of your cables is not connected correctly.
Or the drive settings are not correct. ( Master /Slave)
then you installed the new drive you may have pulled the cables free from the mother board or Mismatched the Pin 1 to Pin 1 on the cable Drive/Motherboard connection
Also the floppy cable
