I scanned my computer for viruses today and found this (TR/Dldr.OpenConn.f) lurking in my system. What is it? My AntiVirXP won't delete or repair it, because it is in the "archives". Should I be worried? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me, I don't really know much about computers etc, and I could really do without this hassle  !

(p.s, glad to see that there are some nice people on the web!)

By " Archives" I assume it means the "system volume information..." files. If so, the trojan is in your system restore files. While it is inactive there, if system restore is used, the trojan will be back! These files cannot be accessed by any Anti-virus program so to remove it, the system restore points must be purged.
A good "how to" can be found here (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/index.php?showtutorial=56)
