Hi All,

How do I stop someone booting to ME, Like you can in XP. Or what software do I need.

Thanks,

kfh.

You can't.

The best you can do is password protect the bios...

Although boot-managers are mostly used for multibooting they can also be cofigured to password protect any so-selected partitions.

So you could install a boot manager such as XOSL 1.1.5(freeware) (http://www.ranish.com/part/xosl.htm) or BootIt-NG(trialware) (http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/) then unless other users know how to remove the drive overlay you can protect the logon with a password.

Post back if you want any help installing or uninstalling the same.
