 guys,
i keep getting in to my email this link about a cheating housewives web page. The sender and subject are always different. I would like to stop receving this every day but i have a problem: the link on the mail to unscribe does not work (as......les) and the web-page with the "wives" has no webmaster or contact info. My last resource was to look under "options" the specs of each email with the same content and i can`t find anything in common...nada! no same IP address and no same sender. Always different
what shall i do?
Outlook blocks "keywords" but only if in the subject, any idea?
thank you

Trying to 'unsubscribe' from spam like this is an invitation to trouble. When you click on the link to unsubscribe, all you are doing is confirming that someone (you) is actually reading the email, therefore you will continue to be bombarded with this rubbish. Outlook can filter things by address, or it can also use it's junk filter - I haven't tried to configure this, so I don't know if it's possible to filter by content. Thunderbird also has spam filtering built in if you would like to try it as an alternative to outlook. Hopefully someone with more experience of outlook filtering will be able to point you in the right direction.
In the meantime, don't unsuscribe, open or complain about the emails to anyone who they appear to be from, or any site they refer to - you'll just invite more morons in.
Right, whenever you get one of thsoe things (well, first--don't iopenit, but) always close them by clicking ono the X box in the upper right corner of your screen.
Can you go into tools > internet options > privacy tab > Advanced Icon > and just list it as a blocked address? The other thing you can do is get a good spam filter, does your ISP offer one? I have earthlink--NEVER have trouble with spam, their filter is the best. Mail Washer is pertty good. Check this page:

Other filtering programs that work pretty well are Spamhilator (http://www.spamihilator.com/) and Mailwasher.

Seethis document. (http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/nospam.html)
You have made a mistake by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button and the sender(s) is obviously utilizing IP spoofing and changing the format of his mail to make it a little bit different every time. This renders most content-based spam tools useless. But there are still some steps you can take, and they are all outlined in the link I have provided (it's a long article, but read it through to the end as it is very interesting). I once had to change my e-mail address because I was receiving 400+ spams a day--way too many to combat. But if you are only getting this one and maybe a couple others, following the steps can prove to be useful.
Oh, and just for the record--I hate spammers.. :(
