What we need to know is:
Is there an error message?
Is this a file you want to know about?
I can tell you it is related to Sun Java 1.4.x.x, and I would recommend you uninstall the J2RE in add/remove programs and download the current 1.5.0_08 J2RE from here:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp
