A friend recently had to reinstall XP after being unable to get rid of a virus, but is now having another problem.
Every time he goes online and then opens either IE or Outlook/OE (he has both) he gets the following error message:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account 'pop.iprimus.com,au', Server: 'smtp.iprimus.com.au', Protocol: SMTP, Port 25, Secure(SSL):No, Error Number:0x800ccc0f
Does anyone have any suggestions how to go about fixing this? His ISP iprimus have been unable to help him.
