Power Supply, Which One?

Looking to quiet my computer down and still keep it cool. Can anyone point me to a guide or website that may have side by side comparisons of different ATX power supplies? Or, can members share there opinions on power supplies in the 430w power range, that are quiet but effective at keeping things cool?

Define quiet. Are you looking for a certain audible DB range? There are many good manufacturers with quieter PSU lines, like Antec, Enermax, and PC Power & Cooling. Just go to Newegg (www.newegg.com) and look them up!
