I use NewEgg most of the time. For the reasons you listed plus good handling of returns when necessary.

Because of price, rebate, free shipping or availability I have used
www.zipzoomfly.com
www.tigerdirect.com

they were no problems. good delivery times.

One plus on Zipzoomfly is they allow 15 days from ship for returns of processors. NewEgg only allows 7 days from ship. Can be difficult to test a processor in time when a weekend gets in the way and the shipper is not moving the package. Every processor I have ordered has been okay so far.

The only problem I ever had with NewEgg was when they sent me somebody else's packing slip (and as it turned out that person my packing slip). It was required to make a product free after rebate. They offered no help even though it was their mistake. I had to find the person's phone number in Florida and arrange to swap packing slips.

I still use NewEgg because they are the best and nobody is perfect.

I have used Newegg several times now, with good results. Fast Shipping. The 7 day return policy for CPU's kind of blows. I had a bought bad Celeron about two months ago that sat around for a month before I actually installed it, but Intel was fairly easy to deal with. I sent the bad one in on a Tuesday, and got the new one the following Monday. Just make sure you have all information handy when you call Intel.

I had a bad mobo as well, I would have got that back from Newegg within a week if it hadn't been for the 16" of snow we had in Ohio. Newegg does have some of the best prices, but it is worth looking around, sometimes you can find a better deal. I bought a WD 160GB HDD from Sams Club for $80, Newegg wanted $20-$30 more. But only a one year warranty, it would have been three years through Newegg.

Highly recommend Newegg. :)

Newegg was where I bought parts for my first ever computer project. Prices were good except shipping . Nowadays I check out local stores like CompUSA or Circuit City for good deals. Also check out eBay but you have to be real careful because you can get burn easily.
