cooling of athlon xp

hi i have an athlon xp 3.00 ghz on pc chips mobo i want to know if i need to buy another fan for the system i heard that the athlon get hot easily ?or could i build my own cooling system that will fit in a common case?

3.00ghz AMD! :eek: Are you sure it's not a typo? Anyway, look at the temperature using softwares like aida32,everest.... If it's around 35-45 then not too bad. Add a case fan or two if it's getting into the 50s.
