Hello and welcome...
Please open an HJT scan and check:
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://www.searchforit.com/searchbar
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.searchforit.com/searchbar
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {C109664B-CEB1-420b-B353-D55A561536DD} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [pctmbl] C:\WINDOWS\system32\wvvzucsi.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Dvx] C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsxsvc\wsxsvc.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Dlscj] C:\WINDOWS\system32\??rss.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SYSfit] C:\WINDOWS\SYSfit.exe
These are suspicious... If you are not familiar with them and know this program to be trustworthy, check these too:
O9 - Extra button: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - c:\program files\partypoker\tmpUpgrade\..\PartyPoker.exe
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - c:\program files\partypoker\tmpUpgrade\..\PartyPoker.exe
These are allowed almost full access to your computer and that means that they are potential sources of major problems... I would not keep them open like this on my computer, but it is up to you to decide... If you opt to close them, check these too:
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.aa.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.afe.org
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.aol.co.uk
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.bostonglobe.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.dandb.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.delta.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.investors.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.msdsonline.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://moneycentral.msn.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.partypoker.com
I didn't find much info on these and it looks like they may not be working anyway... If you don't recognize them or if you have removed them, check these:
O23 - Service: Firebird Guardian Service - Unknown - C:\Program.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: Firebird Server - Unknown - C:\Program.exe (file missing)
Close all open windows except HJT and click Fix Checked...
Reboot to Safe Mode (tap F8 before WinXP starts to load and select the Safe Mode option)... Find and remove these:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wvvzucsi.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsxsvc\wsxsvc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vmss\vmss.exe
C:\windows\system32\kalvirl32.exe
C:\Program Files\dlsmgr\dlsmgr.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\??rss.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSfit.exe
You may have to set WinXP to show all hidden and system files to be able to find those folders and files...
This one will have some odd characters where the ? are so that HJT can not read them properly..... BE SURE to NOT delete the one that has actual letters there since it is legit and needed.....
C:\WINDOWS\system32\??rss.exe
Reboot and post a fresh log...

I am afraid the main problem is now showing in the log... Please open an HJT scan and check:
O2 - BHO: ZServObj Class - {00000000-C1EC-0345-6EC2-4D0300000000} - C:\WINDOWS\ZServ.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Win Server Updt] C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
Then close all open windows except HJT and click Fix Checked...
Reboot to Safe Mode again and find/remove this:
C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
Reboot and post a fresh log... Please post the entire log...

Here is the entire hjt file. For some reason the computer did not go into safe mode after the 1st update. Don't know if that caused the latest issue. I can't thank you enough for your help.

I am not sure what you are saying about going into Safe Mode... Please explain more...
It looks like I missed this earlier:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Ncao] C:\Documents and Settings\John Demerjian\Application Data\osoa.exe
Please fix it with HJT and then delete this in Safe Mode:
C:\Documents and Settings\John Demerjian\Application Data\osoa.exe
Then reboot and post an fresh log with an update on how things are going and if you are seeing any more signs of infection...

The first time I rebooted the machine I must have not hit F8 early enough because I never got the safe mode option. The machine rebooted normally. The last 2 times I did get the safe mode option. Since yesterday the computer is running problem free. Can't thank you enough for the help. Here is the latest hjt log.

Your log looks pretty clean to me. Wait for Budfred to concur.
This is an optional fix:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdReg] C:\WINDOWS\Updreg.exe
You need to keep your system up to date. Set Windows to update automatically or manually run Windows Update at leat once per week.
You will need to download, install and keep updated Spywareblaster (http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/sbdownload.html)
Should you continue to use Internet Explorer, you should also download IE-Spyadds.
You need to keep your Antivirus software running and upto date. I see no evidence of this in your log. There are free programs available such as Avast (http://www.avast.com/eng/down_home.html) and AVG (http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/)
You will also need a firewall. The three that are recommended the most here are:
Kerio (http://www.kerio.com/kpf_download.html)
Sygate (http://www.sygate.com/firewall/)
Zone Alarm (http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/catalog/products/sku_list_za.jsp;jsessionid=BzJnZDxzyCUCcyZMB2t0Qco 5IgutuYlrOMI5snmy1ZptQ2vOr1l1!776180791!-1062696904!7551!7552!-2099742426!-1062696903!7551!7552)
It is my opinion the best way to avoid malware is to avoid Internet Explorer. IE is by it's very nature not secure. I personally use FireFox (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/). I find it to be superior to IE in many ways.
As I said, I think your log looks clean. Wait for Budred to give his blessing as he is far better at this than I.

I agree with classicsoftware, the log looks clean... In addition to the tips he gives, I suggest reading this article for more ideas about how to protect your system:
