I've got 2 pc's. Both are bx mobo based (pentium2).
Im gonna sell 1.
I've got 5 dimm's all together.
I'm unsure which combination to keep.
I've added 4 screenshots of them (taken in "Everest").
2 of these, exactly the same, dimms have "Early RAS# Precharge" support as u can see. While the others don't. I don't know what it is and if that's smth u REALLY want.
1 more thing, i will be running my pc with a busclock of 100 Mhz.

How many RAM slots are in the system you're keeping, and what do you plan to use it for?

Keep the faster RAM -- it's backward compatible -- 100s won't work in [as many] --- any of the newer 133 boards. Whether it matches are not...

Your choice seems easy to me! The PC133 you have also happens to be the two largest sticks you have - 256MB! SDRAM is currently worth many times its weight in gold, so keep the biggest sticks for yourself! Next I would suggest keeping the 128MB stick of Apacer that is capable of 2.0-2-2-5 @ 100MHz because that's the best stick of PC100 that you have. The other two identical sticks are of lesser quality (despite the "early RAS# precharge" junk) and can be sold.

Tnx for the answers.
I went with your suggestion saphalline.
In my search for answers i came along a little prog that might be useful to others :
ftp://ftp.heise.de/pub/ct/ctsi/ctspd092.zip
(it's a german site, but the prog gives the option to use the english language)
Oh and the prog gives info about your RAM sticks.
