Wow...just wow...that system ain't good aat all.
FIrst of all, get at least 512mb RAM. Second, don't get a shared video card. Get at least a 60gb hdd.
Hp 998 dollars (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.gsp?product_id=3551258&cat=56811&type=19&dept=3944&path=0%3A3944%3A3951%3A41937%3A180995)
This is much better, but it might be too costly...
hp 798 dollars (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.gsp?product_id=3551257&cat=56811&type=19&dept=3944&path=0%3A3944%3A3951%3A41937%3A180995)
This is almost as good as the other one, but has an AMD anthlon and a 15" lcd.
I personally have a customized hp a650y desktop-3.0GHz, 512mb RAM, dvd-rom, dvd-rw/cd-rw combo, 9-1 card reader, 17" lcd, got my own stereo system for sound, and a 128mb video card, (Geforce 5200xt).
Awesome pc...fast, efficient. What is your budget and what will you be using this pc for?

Welcome to the http://www.pcguide.com/ubb/pcgubb.gif
It depends on what you are going to use it for. If for gaming, it will not perform very well, with onboard video, and 256MB ram, and 40GB hard drive.
If for general surfing, email and office documents, it should do ok. I do agree with the 1-6 man though, 512MB ram is recommended.

It should do OK then. If you are not familiar with XP, I will just say that 256MB ram(192MB after -64MB for onboard video :( ) is the minimum to run XP. If you upgrade it 512MB, you will notice a big difference in performance. Or if you can find it in your budget to buy a model that comes stock with 512MB ram.
Also, if you find that your graphics programs are running slower than you would like, you can upgrade to even a fairly cheap video card that will make a noticeable difference over the onboard video. You will not likely find a prebuilt system with a decent video card for under $1000. Even the one for $998 the 1-6 man picked out has onboard video. But if your graphics programs are low level, onboard video may be all you will need, as long as you have enough ram.
Post back if you have any more questions. :)

I'm sorry, do you mean you work on websites? If so, what kind of work do you do for websites? If all you use is a HTML editor, that will not be a problem. If you use large graphics programs(like Adobe Photoshop), then 512MB ram is a must. And a video card is highly recommended.
