Hi!
I have got a PC2100 256/133 DDR SDRAM . My question is ,If I want an another 256 MB RAM (to increase 512), Have I look for a part with the same clockrate?

No it doesn't have to be the same speed. You could put in pc2700 or pc3200, but it will run at the slower pc2100 speeds regardless. Since the price difference between these speeds are usually only a matter of a few dollars, it's up to you. Just make sure you get at least pc2100, and you will be fine. ;)

However, RAM is moody and even if you match the correct speed if the column latency(or CL as it's referred to)is mismatched you may start to encounter errors.
