Where to report Windows XP bugs ?

I think I have discovered 3 new bugs in Microsoft WinXP Professional. 'New 'because, I searched for all 3 on microsoft and google, but didn't find anything similar reported or in the 'knowledge base'.

The 'Contact Us' page on the microsoft.com directs non-American users to their respective sites, but even on microsoft India site, I cannot find anyplace where I can report. One of the kind moderators on their community chat... I think thats what they call.. gave me this url, but digging it further, I found it doesn't deal with Windows XP but some other 'parts' which I obviously did not understand.

As with all large enterprises,MIcrosoft has become cumbersome and complicated to deal with so either deal with it or switch to Linux heheh.

heh.. I have being fiddling with live cds of Knoppix and Suse, used Red Hat (fc1) , tried installing lindows(linspire) and lycoris with no luck, and am battling with Slackware right now. If none work, I guess, I will return to good old Red Hat (fc3)!

Anyway, rightnow, I just want to report bugs to M$. ;)

Any help would be appreciated.
