Ok here is the trouble.I have 2 other pc in the house and mine , I went to
networking on the desk top to set up networking. Mine is the main one to work with i share files and printer. Now my pc slowed down bad my wife said to me to check my networking. I went there and for some reason i am not the host pc ? so i ran the program again and things went faster ,but in a few mins it went back to going slow. Ok my question is , is there a way to start this networking over so it keeps as the host pc.
Thank you all for being here to help
john

01. What OS is running on the PC you refer to as (wanting to be) the 'host? That is, the one whose files and printer you want to share? What OSes do the other two PCs run?

02. In what dialogue box (how do you reach it? what is the route?) is the 'host' PC referred to as 'the host' (or 'not the host')?
