Any one know how to remove processes that have been planted on my win 98 machine. At power up without any connection to the internet within 5 minutes something causes IE to run and my spygaurd software alerts me that a BROWSER HELP OBKECT gas been added called ocogbaa.dll, and do I want to keep it - when I say no several more alerts follow saying that something is trying to change my home page, serch bar, etc to ABOUT.BLANK. If I refuse all of this then I go back to desktop. But in about 5 mins it starts all over again.
I have removed everything that looks suspicious and run lavasoft adware to remove all identified possible bits and pieces.
I am now complettly lost as what to do or how to find the process that must be running every 5 mins ?
