CPU 100%

Why would the CPU usage read 100% all of the time?
This is dispayed with Norton System Doctor panel.

What OS are you using? If you have 2000 or XP, hit CTRL+ALT+DEL to bring up the task manager, go to Processes and look in the CPU column for the process that has a high number next to it (in the 90s) that is the program using your cpu...

If you're using ME or 98, use the system monitor tool and start shutting off programs until the cpu usage goes down. Last thing you turned off is the culprit...
