HI I just bought a radeon 9250 graphics accelerator and had it installed and it will not work properly. I contacted Dell support and they tried their bag of tricks and it still will not work. I want to play my new splinter cell game but i am not too sure what to do? :)

I have the video card installed on my computer now.I am trying to play the game splinter cell - pandora tomorrow but it freezes up in the first mission. It gives me a notice to contact ATI Tech. with my problem. I think i will have to download something from them to make this thing work so that i can play this game. Is that a possibility that i may have do this to make this thing run smoothly?

I know the Microsoft Net Framework (for WinXP at least, thats what I run) you can find by updating windows. Go to start, then up to windows update. You will be able to find it there. I know that Catalyst is what Ati calls their drivers, they probably want you to download the latest drivers after you update windows. I had to download it a couple months back when I upgraded to my ATI 9600xt.
