Some time ago we developed a strange problem on the forums. When I used the back button on my browser, the page would reload instead of going back to the original page, thus loosing my place and going to the top of the page. I think it was FTT who pointed this out.

Suddenly things are back to normal. I don't know what you did, ixl but I appreciate it.... :)

Hey it is much easier to navigate the posts with Firefox now, no having to scroll down each time.

If it was the same prob as on ixl's other forum apparently it was something in the nav bar that showed how many people were in the chat room causing the problem..

Yeah, that was me being the squeaky wheel. Glad to see the problem finally 'repaired'. So the real time thing with the chat dropdown balloon list was the issue eh? So has it been removed (there's noone in there as I post this)?

Funny thing is though, another site I frequent began having the back button problem just about the same time it was resolved here and there is no such feature at that site.

Now I find myself I'm closing out of the other site by mistake and still 'opening in a new page' or tab here. Old habits die hard I guess... ;)
