I have a sattilite and the isp i have says i have 350 megs of useage every 4 hours before i go to into fap. what is fap and how do i control it. Can anyone help me on this matter.?

You really have to ask your ISP what it means....

FAP (Fair Access Policy, also called Throughput) Rate
FAP or Fair Access policy refers to the maximum amount of MegaBytes you can download in a 24 hour period before the account is slowed down to the "Recovery Rate"
Recovery Rate for FAP
If you download more than the maximum allowed Throughput for your account type in a 24 hour period, your account will slow down
