Printing and or saving IE 6.0 HISTORY

Does anyone know of a way to make a print out of the history records (ie websites visited by date) from Interent Explorer 6.0. A way to save it to a file would be helpful too.

Its not a freewarehttp://www.pcguide.com/ubb/frown.gif, but their homepage says you can download and use a time limited trial for 21days.
