I had been using the calendar extension for Mozilla FireFox, but when I upgraded to version 1.01, the extension will not install (not supported on 1.01). I would like to be able to access my calendar data. Is there a small, basic calendar program which will import these *.ics files? I don't need the calendar to work online or be shared, it's just for my use on my local pc.
Thanks,
Sheila

If you've upgraded to 1.01 after the extension was installed, you have to remove the extension, and then download & install the latest one. It works with 1.01 without a problem.
Get it from here,

Well, on you question of programs which will import thos *.ics file,
Sunbird is actually the standalone version of this calendar extension.

Thanks for the reply. The installation was on a new hdd with a fresh os, no FF there previously. I searched for the extension at https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions, tried it several times with no luck. Someone on a NG suggested the same page you did, and it finally worked. Strange, can't imagine what the difference would be. I've used the "addons..." site for many other extensions w/no difficulty.
Thanks again,
Sheila
