Trouble with Spywareblaster 3.3?

Has anyone had trouble getting updates for Spywareblaster 3.3? I've installed the free version on a couple of systems and it freezes whenever I try to update.

I see from your profile you have win 2000. Classic said he had the same problem with a 2K machine, but all was fine on other windows. I wonder if he has figured out what the problem is?

I just manually updated the free version to the 3/16/2005 level, it hesitated but it did update to the new levels just fine.
3457 items in database.

I tried on an XP & a Win 98 machine at work, too. Same result.
Works ok at home here now on W2K.
