He was working for compnay A, now he comes to an interviwe at company B, B' resource manger's repersentative asks: why stopped working for A and choose us ?

Please give him ideas, typical examples, your experience are highly apprecite ?

Only 'he' knows the answer to the question. First piece of advice is 'he' should be honest. Second, 'he' should research as many details about company B as possible before the interview.

You should have had interviews for jobs, how did you answer ?

If you don't know why you want to leave a company,.....Maybe you should not be leaving. Again, only you know the answer to that question. Be honest.
Typical examples would be :Better earning potential. Better working conditions. Less commute time.
Also, do not be derogatory of company A, just state the facts as to why you are leaving.
