If you can still find Partition Magic DriveImage 7 on the shelves, it has two disks for two versions included, DI-2002 for 98/ME and DI-7 for XP/2000. It works well but is not cheap. $69.00 US
The reference to Acronis' TrueImage 8 is good, it does most of what DI did but runs $20 less expensive.
