Help Random Blank Screen!

Starting a few days ago, when I am online my monitor will go blank (black screen) and my keyboard will not respond forcing me to restart the computer. I have scanned for viruses and spyware but to no avail. I have also defraged and tried a new monitor with the problem continuing. Any help would be appreciated :)

I use Firefox as my browser...

Make sure the video card is fully seated, its fan is running, its fan and heatsink are dust free, its heatsink is securely mounted, check that all connections are secure, all cards and the RAM are fully seated, and there is no dust built up inside the case.

If those are ok, then check the MB's capacitors for any bulging, leaking, or ruptured capacitors.

If they look ok, then remove the computer's cover, and run an external fan.

If the system is not overheating, then check the RAM with Memtest86.

If it's ok, then try a different video card.
