Hi Rahulkothari,
I took a look at your link. There is also a tip on exchanging contacts between MS outlook and Outlook Express. The funny thing is that in Outlook Express under Tools\Address book\Tools there is no such thing as Options!!

Did you manage to import contacts to Outlook Express from Hotmail ?
If the above method did not work then try this. In hotmail, goto contacts, select all and click on Send Mail. Everyone's id can now be seen in the To field. Now, copy and paste all the ids in a text file and save it. Open Outlook Express > File > Import > Other Address Book > Text File. Restart Outlook Express to see the changes.
See if this works for you, if it doesn't they send a mail to everyone including yourself (in CC or TO field, not BCC) to your Yahoo mail account (if you dont have, create one!). Then in yahoo, goto Address> QuickBuilder. It will display all the email addresses it finds in inbox, which you can save in your Yahoo Address Book. Once you are done with it, goto Address>Export and export in a format suitable for Outlook Express. After that start Outlook and Import the same. phew! ;)
Regarding exchaning contacts between MS outlook and Outlook Express, there is a different method for exchaning contacts for Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002/3.
