Can anyone help. I am having problems with an IPC TopNote F laptop. When the power is disconnected for any length of time it doesn't want to start up. I go into the CMOS settings and change them to default, after this it starts up. Could it be the CMOS battery? If so how do I get to it to change it. Thanks.
