I'm looking for a general PDF creation tool that is free. (I.e., a free Adobe Acrobat Writer type tool.)
When I search Google, I see a dozen or more of these kinds of tools. I don't want to waste time having to download and try all of them.
Does anyone know of a website that has done their own testing and rating of some of the different PDF tools? The websites of several of the PDF tools all claim that theirs is the best. I'm looking for a more independent rating/review. I did a couple of Google searches but didn't really find anything like this.
