problems downloading games

Having problems downloading games. Black screen, but do get sound. But goes back to beginning. Cant get into game. Can anyone help me please? Thanks!

Which/What game? What operating system? A little about your hardware configuration( graphics card, motherboard, RAM).
When you say downloading, does it mean "playing"?

Also, Has it got anything to do with Networking? I'm so confused.
