Two connections (cable/ADSL) on one pc ?

I have a 2MB cable connection and my brother has a 512k connection, my question is - would it be possable for my brother to plug into my router and use my 2MB connection to his pc, while at the same time using his own connection aswell.

Using 2MB connection for web site up/download and the 512k for surfing.

Assigning a connection a set group of programs to one line or the other.

Yes, the best way would be to use 2 network cards. I would also disable DHCP and assign the IP's manually....
